Movie Date

Jackson went to his first movie today. We've been cooped up in the house for three days, so we had to get out. He's got pneumonia, so I needed a "low-key" activity. I was nervous about taking him to the movie, as he's only 2 1/2. I didn't know if he'd sit still, be quiet, fall asleep, etc. But I took a chance, how bad could it be on a school day at 11:30? Not bad at all! There were 15 people in the entire theater. The movie was very entertaining (I'm so glad I now have child to take with me to the kid movies.) We saw Hotel for Dogs, good choice for my little guy, he LOVES dogs. We got to our seats, popcorn in hand, got situated and I didn't hear another word from him...until, there was a labrador retriever on the screen and she shouted out our dogs names. It was so sweet. Oh yeah, he also informed me when I went for some popcorn that..."this my popcorn mommy, I only eat it all up!"
